I have bought two cars from this car lot and NEVER had issues with either vehicles. The first vehicle I bought was a Kia Spectra and the same day I got the vehicle that night the transmission blew. I brought the car back in and although the car was a “lemon car” (bought as is) Palomino’s still fixed the car with a lightly used transmission. $800 repair for free. From that day Palomino’s gained my respect and loyalty. As I write this review in the lobby my brother is filling out paperwork to buy his first car. I tell anyone that I know about Palomino’s because of the honesty and good work they do to their vehicles. The reception lady is very polite and professional! The salesman Marco is the man! Ask for him to be treated right!!!

They have great customer support/service especially before/after buying a vehicle! I got chill vibes from everyone but also wasn’t rushed into buying a car nether did they change the topic strictly about the car’s!! It was straight forward and give good support even after the purchase I highly recommend buying cars from them. I’ll be buying another car/truck from them in the future!! The only problem I have it not being able to give them more stars!!!
