Audi mechanic service is always great. I expect that from a luxury car brand. But what puts it over the top is Jessica in the service department rep. She was completely attentive, gave me realistic timeframes, was able to get me a loaner when she realized the difficulty having my car in the shop for a week imposed and kept giving me updates throughout the process.
I was helped by Peter and not only did he get me into my dream car, but he also helped with the two little ones I had to bring with me. He helped get me down to a monthly payment that fit my budget and I couldn’t be more grateful for that. He’s even checked up on me and my new car since leaving the dealership, and that I appreciate.
