I'd recommend Great Lakes to anyone, I've bought and had multiple cars serviced here. I've always had a good experience with the sales team, finance team and service team. I recently had a problem with my oil sensor, Alex Rocco went above and beyond for me. He was able to get me in immediately for diagnostics and provide me with alternate transportation while the parts were ordered and my car was being repaired. It is well worth the trip from Cleveland to Streetsboro, definitely reach out to Alex in service if you need any car servicing!
