Leon was very patient with me while I tried to decide which model I wanted. Patrick worked with me on a monthly payment that was doable. I appreciated Steve not trying to push all kinds of extras on during all the final paperwork. I would highly recommend Roseville Hyundai!
We saw an ad for a 2018 Ford Edge and my wife called and spoke with Mr. Spencer. We were just in an exploratory mode, but Spencer did a great job in telling us why we should at least stop by and take a look at the car. His professionalism caused us to take a look at the car. When we got there Ryan helped us. He was quiet and reserved and not salesy at all, which we liked. He simply gave us the details about the car, how much it was going to cost, and our options. Because we had been up since 4am looking for cars, I appreciated him giving us all the information we needed. He was the perfect saleperson and we liked him very much. Our son will need a car soon and we plan on having nobody else but Ryan assist him. Filling out the paperwork with Damien was a hoot. Although it was a lot of paperwork and was a bit time-consuming to complete it, he kept us engaged and told stories and gave us recommendations of vacation spots to enjoy. I drove my 2018 Ford Edge home happy. The overall experience was a joy for us and we appreciate eveyone we talked with. Thank you and have a great day.
James Sawyer the Sales consultant at Roseville Hyundai was fabulous! From start to finish. I have purchased vehicles since 1980 and I have never had anyone walk me through all the main features on a vehicle. I forgot several but it was very nice. Graylen who was the sales manager was awesome as well. I felt they were fair and there was no back and forth negotiating. The entire process was the easiest I have ever had and the vehicle is beautiful! This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle other than a Toyota! I would highly recommend this dealership.
