2019 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus

We had a pleasant buying experience here. Easy and quick. The vehicle we bought is in great shape for its make and model year. It runs and drives very well. Better than some newer vehicles we have. The vehicle we received for the price we paid was an excellent value. I did not see anything on the lot that was in poor condition mechanically. They all met safety standards and expectations. I will say that prior to visiting, it did take me a while to reach them on the phone as it kept transferring the call to a different number. Be patient, as we learned, the owner is a pretty busy person and works in different areas of the business during the day. I read the rewiews for this seller before visiting. All i can say is, A used vehicle is just that. It has been used. The dealer often does not know the maintenance history of the vehicle. They can only inspect and make it meet all safety requirements. It is not new, therefore it will need maintenance when wear issues arise. Often the past owners neglect gets blamed on the most recent seller. We were treated very courteously and everyone was friendly. We will have no issues with this seller. I will buy from them again. Good people good mechanics.

First let me say this, I am in no way being paid or prompted to write this. With that being said... Five stars are not enough for this review. I’d give fifty honestly. I’ve purchased lots of cars from many different places over the years but this place has ALL my business from now on. In February I was looking for a cheap but good car and that’s what I found. This family business will bend over backwards to make you happy. I got a quality SUV at a GREAT PRICE with a warranty besides!! Even today...FOUR MONTHS after purchase and our big blue beast got her checkup and all is well for another year. I EVEN FOUND OUT THEY SELL TIRES AND DO OIL CHANGES! GREAT SALESPEOPLE, GREAT AFTER CARE AND JUST ALL YOU COULD EVER ASK FOR IN A GARAGE OR CAR LOT. I don’t care if you spend $4000.00 on a car or $20,000.00 you will be treated with dignity and respect that seems to have been lost in other car places. I’m pretty sure the only bad reviews posted here are from the buttmonkeys who are the reason McDonalds has to put the Hot warning on their coffee. ????THANK YOU AUTOBARN!!!
