2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus

This is the place to go hands down! I seen this dealership and thought just for the heck of it let me see what they have in stock. I am so glad I did! I looked at all their stock and had 1 or 2 in mind but then was told we have another one coming in in a few days which I think is exactly what your looking for. The salesperson did not have to do that and could have just sold me what he had but he listened to my needs and wanted to find the best match for me and not just get rid of some inventory. The van came in and it was everything he said and then some. It was clean and ready to go. There were a couple of minor fixes that had to be done (nothing major) but without hesitation and without even asking got it taken care of right on the spot. Their attention to detail and treating the customer with respect is outstanding! They answered every call when I had a question and always when they said they would. They never kept me waiting. You never get that kind of attention from the big dealers and you don't know what you are getting from a private owner. They gave me a better price than was originally quoted. Wow-Are you serious?! There was no pressure, haggling or saying "let me go into the back and speak to my manager line!" I can tell you I don't write too many reviews but these guys are just too good not to let everyone know about them. It is not a fancy place like those big guys you see everywhere but your not going there for a night on the town. It is a well organized, clean, well-run business which has got my loyalty locked in. I hope they are around for a long time because my next van will be from them without looking elsewhere. In fact I have referred them several times already and my Ford Econoline E150 is running great and I am loving it 5 months later! Great experience with purchasing my first business vehicle. Owner and his staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Never felt pressured. They showed me a couple vans within my budget and I quickly decided on one. I took it to mechanic after purchasing for its first oil change and he said this was one of the cleanest used cargo vans he has seen. He was very impressed and asked where I bought it from.
