2021 Chrysler Pacifica Touring

I just bought a car from these guys and I'm more than satisfied. I had no warranty on the car but they still took care of the crack windshield and order me a spare tire and Jack, Michael even showed me how to change a tire. It was an easy process I felt well taken care of thanks to Allen and Michael. I'm a first time car buyer so any questions I had they answered them in a timely matter. I'm super happy with the car that I have it drives smooth and has no problem.

I've always felt a certain way when going to look at cars and dealing with salesmen, like maybe they might take advantage of me in some way. Even the salesmen before we came here, I instantly felt like the man was a little sketchy and whatnot. With me, im able to feel a good vibes vs. bad ones. So we ended up here and I almost instantly felt better vibes and a more positive feeling. I can sense a lot of loyalty and honesty with Alan and with Chris. They were very nice and definitely made my day today. I'm feeling a million times better in my new car ? There's a lot of shady people out in this world, but I think this place is a good one! ???? if I had to rate my experience l could not use a simple five star system. I mean these guys had amazing customer service, determination and very relaxed to deal with. They make you feel welcome and the boss Fred was One of the most straightforward straight shooting people I’ve dealt with in the car industry. I’m very satisfied with the car that I got and I hope to bring much more business his way.
