2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus

My whole experience with Ryan Auto Mall was absolutely AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and Dane. I had found a vehicle I was interested in online and sent an inquiry through the website about it. Brandon contacted me within minutes about the car. He answered every single question I had; gave me some suggestions when I told him exactly what I was looking for. I received 6 videos to my email with a full tour inside and out of the vehicle I was interested in. I scheduled a time to come look at the vehicle and Brandon stayed in touch regularly until then. Such a nice personal touch! I even received an email from the Manager on the day of visit, greeting me and letting me know he was available for questions if needed. When I arrived at Ryan Auto Mall, everyone I saw greeted me with a hello and a smile and meeting Brandon in person was like seeing an old friend again. I was at the dealership for quite awhile, testing a couple other cars and making decisions. Brandon and Dane were so patient and helpful through everything. It was a pleasure doing business with them. This was my first purchase from Ryan Auto Mall, but it definitely won't be my last!!!
