2019 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus

This Dealership is what GM strives for. My experience from the time I bought my Vehicle, and my first Service Experience has been Flawless. I have a 5 star Chevy Dealership 7 miles from my home, but I chose to drive 40 minutes to this Facility, because I knew I was going to get good service, and they didn’t disappoint.

My experience has always been great I have never had an issue for the past 5 years I have been coming there. Ryan my service guy has always been a tremendous help and continue to do so. Whenever I call him and let him know I am having an issue with my vehicle, he does whatever he can to get me in the same day or the day after. He explain everything in details what work needs to be performed right away and what can wait until the next service. I constantly recommend people to him. He is alway professional and keep customers informed. Thank you again.
