Last night I went to purchase a new Ram Limited 4x4. I was greeted by Carl Johnson, who was one of the most genuine and kind car sales associates I've ever met. From there, I worked with Derek in finance and he was so chill and took lots of time to explain the entire deal and all the options for warranties. I thought they closed at 9pm and not once did anyone tell me that they actually closed at 7pm. I was never rushed or felt uncomfortable.
