2020 Chrysler Pacifica Touring

Worked with Eddie/Salesman and Enrique/salesmanger. Found the truck online and walked into the dealership. Met with Eddie first. He was very helpful with showing me the truck and starting the process of negotiating the price. Met with Enrique for a short period to know what numbers I wanted to be at. After some time left cause I only had a limited amount of time and didn’t reach a good number at that point. Was contacted by Enrique later that night and following day. We were able to reach a number through multiple text messages (which worked best for me). Came in the next day following our text and put money down. All in all was a great experience better than most other places I have gone to looking for a truck. Was truly great to be able to text with them, saved a bunch of time from having to be inside the dealership.

The best sales team that I have ever met. I sold my car and they are so welcoming, supportive, understanding and explaining the odds of the deal. The deal was soooo smooth I cannot assume such a service else where. The price offered is also the best price I got compared to other dealers.
