Had Mychal and his crew work on my old diesel F350, it was an amazing experience. He gave me a full report of all the issues that we had with a truck. Making it super easy for me to make a purchasing decision. Customer service was fantastic. And workmanship that I trust driving every day. Mike and his crew are the guys that will take care of you! We are so thankful that we met Mike. He is a great mechanic. Very clear communication. Very fair prices. Honest about all of his words and commitments to you. Thorough. We had a situation fall through with another mechanic in town but it became a much greater blessing to us— because that gave us the opportunity to meet Mike and have him help us to truly determine our options about our vehicle. And we were clueless! The other mechanic was only thinking about the broken transmission (an expensive band-aid solution), whereas Mike thought about the transmission, the needs of our family, and all of the other parts in need of a repair due to a broken transmission. He went above and beyond to help us in so many ways, and came up with a creative solution to give us a better long-term option in our budget. I would absolutely recommend taking your vehicle into Mountain Automotive! Top notch service all around. We had quite a bit of work and maintenance to do and they had us in and out in no time. Mike was a great communicator- he did a fantastic job explaining what was wrong, how they would fix it, and why it was important. Mike also showed true integrity. I approved work to be done on the rear brakes and when all was said and done he felt like they weren’t an issue and didn’t need to be fixed. He saved me a decent chunk of money and gained my full trust by NOT doing work that didn’t need done. That said, the work the crew did was worth every penny. We will be returning to Mountain Automotive for all our future maintenance and repairs!
