2018 Chevy Cruze As a first time buyer from a dealership I had such a great experience here. I had read great reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. When I first walked in someone else was in the process of looking at cars but even though they were busy they still offered test drives as I wait to be helped. I felt like I had the space a time to really look at cars and make a decision. Once it came to buying Joe walked me through everything, really made sure I understood my financing contract and provided a safe space for my dumb questions. I came in at 7 due to leaving work late and he stayed way past close to get me taken care of. Joe did not have to take the time he did with me but he did and he really cares. We stopped by Kansas Motors Saturday and found a car we liked. We were approved but decided to look elsewhere. We returned later and the car was sold. Joe was so apologetic and helpful in helping us look at other cars. We returned on Sunday and fell in love with the Kia Soul. By Monday morning we were driving off the lot. Thank you Joe and your staff for being so helpful and kind. You went the extra mile to make sure our experience was great.
