I received a message on my Dodge Journey that the left rear directional lamp was out. I pulled into the repair area of the dealership a little before 1pm. Lunchtime on a Friday?? I wasn’t very optimistic. I sure was wrong! I was immediately approached by the gentleman at the desk. He had to quickly deliver a paper to a technician. In his 2 minute absence, at least 3 others asked if I needed help. WOW! I got checked in and went to the waiting area. No tome frame was offered and I didn’t ask. Being a Friday afternoon and lunchtime, I expected to be at least an hour and probably more. In less than a half hour, my car was finished. Wonderful service! Thank you!!
I had been looking everywhere for a used car for my daughter with no luck. But when I called Jeep of Columbus a young man named Cross said he had the perfect car for us. We drove out there from Salem and I absolutely loved the car! I didn’t even want to look at anymore! Our sales person’s name was Nicole and she was just amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the car and showed us all of the details and how everything worked. She was so nice and made us feel so comfortable! I would recommend her and this dealership to anyone who is tired of the run around from other dealerships! You will not be disappointed!
