2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus

I've taken my vehicle there many times and I have been very pleased with the service. The staff is friendly and I feel that they have fair pricing. They have been my go to for the past 10 years.

Quick, reliable and attentive. They communicate well about timeliness and from phone call about problem (dead car due to alternator) to service work completion was 28 hours! That includes a tow, communicating with a prior auto shop out of state about a warrantied part and the financial work, labor and phone call back it was ALL DONE! I will never use a different shop because this one - is stellar in how they handle the "people" part of car repair!

Had my brakes done and they were able to squeeze in an oil change last minute for me. I also utilized the complimentary loaner vehicle which worked well. Staff was friendly, my brakes were about $100 less than I was quoted at a different auto shop.
