2019 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus

I hate car shopping. It’s always so stressful and miserable. I was looking for a new Jeep and knew what I wanted. I had gone on line searching and the following morning started receiving call after call from different dealerships and none of them were at all helpful till I got a call from Jarrod Long from Preston Dodge Jeep in New Castle Pa. I told him what I was looking for and he was so extremely nice and helpful and told me if they didn’t have what I wanted, they would get it for me. He checked the lot, found the car I was interested in for a price that I was looking for. He never rushed me through the process or tried to sell me something I didn’t want. No high pressure sales tactics, he was so extremely easy to work with it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone there was so friendly and nice and made it so relaxing. They answered all my questions and even things I wouldn’t have thought to ask. An absolutely wonderful buying experience. I love my new car and I’m recommending Preston Dodge Jeep and especially Jarrod to anyone looking for a new car. They went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with my new car.

Visited 6/13/2024. I had booked an appointment for a state inspection for my truck. I had put on my online booking that there was no pricing available and requested a call to get the price. I received a call about 20 minutes after I booked and was given a price. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by Gino. Oh my goodness, Gino is the friendliest person ever. I have NEVER been greeted like this or made to feel so welcome at a dealership. Gino knew this was my first visit and showed me the waiting area and was so gracious in making sure I was taken care of. Gino even asked if I wanted my car washed. I had to politely decline because I had just washed the truck the day before. I was just really happy to be asked. Most dealerships just run it through the wash as a courtesy. I get that it's nice to do, but when someone is particular about their vehicle and doesn't want the tire wet getting washed off, it is fantastic to be given the option. The inspection took all of 45 minutes. Everything was all good and the folks here treat you so well. Highly recommend. I hope to see Gino next year for inspection!

I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler here. I had a great experience, from start to finish. My first visit I told them I didn't have alot of time and wouldn't be purchasing a vehicle that day. They appraised my trade in while I did the test drive. When I got back they had quote ready. I wanted more for my trade in and they agreed to my price. When I came in to do the paperwork, it was quick and easy. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend buying a vehicle here.
