Truck broke down, and let me tell you, it wasn't fun. But here's the thing - these folks at Mike Willis Ford turned our day around. Allison in Service was great. She coordinated with the mechanics and they got the truck fixed in under an hour. Quick, professional service that got us back on the road. That's what I'm talking about. The sales team made us feel comfortable too. No unnecessary sales pitches, just genuine folks looking out for us during our impromptu visit. And they didn't blink an eye when we brought our dogs inside, even provided them with water. A cool spot away from the heat and rain was appreciated by us and the dogs. All in all, Mike Willis Ford went above and beyond. They made a rough day better. Highly recommend this place, whether you're local or just passing through like we were. Ready for me to test drive at my arrival. Mr. Bryant was proactive, intuitive, and genuine. Mr. Justin Johnson the finance manager ran the number each way he could accommodate us. He advised we try the Ford Motor Credit. Mr. Johnson was compassionate. We also bought the extended mile warranty. I am very happy about my visit!
