2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring

Excellent service even though I spent no money with them. They worked with my insurance company and I received a fair settlement on my totalled vehicle. Had a chance to see their work which looks excellent. They should try to get the public to notice their sign a little better. I had no idea of their location until state farm suggested them. I'm upon 41 yrs of public service and these guys have it nailed. Thanks again

This was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with getting my car repaired. I’ve had mainly horrendous encounters in the past and so, was prepared for basically the opposite of what happened from the moment I called to inquire about an assessment. Everyone I worked with was kind, patient, direct and empathetic. I even had some issues with my rental and was about to start panicking but John was so kind about switching my drop off date. And then, the gentleman (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name!!) who helped me pick up my car even offered to be available after my work ended so I didn’t have to take extra time off. I’ve now got a place I know I can go if something else ever happens, and I trust them to do quality work and also treat me with dignity and respect. I’ve been raving about them since I got connected.

Much better customer service and attention to detail on my vehicle damaged then when I came here a few years ago. They were thorough and willing to work with me. I also appreciate that they have a link with the mobility business next door because I have needs in that area as well and it's nice to be able to combine visits and to have something productive to do while I might have to wait a little bit for my car. Previously I had to drop the car off, which is not a typical for damage assessments, but this time, fortunately, another Plus for this experience, I only had to wait with the car and only for a little bit.
