2019 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus

5 stars is the minimum for my experience! Big Mac is a fantastic sales professional. He understands the customers wants and needs and does everything in his power to meet them. Management and Finance are also fantastic, I have no poor words to say about them. I sought out this dealership from Ohio due to their great inventory and wonderful sales team. I would definitely buy another car from them and recommend my Texas friends.

This was our first time buying a vehicle from Bolton Dodge and we are sorry we didn’t know about this Dealership 6 months ago when we purchased my truck Our Salesperson, Tristan Stanley, was the best! Knowledgeable but not pushy at all. We met the Sales Manager because he just wanted to say hello. What a great way to deal with customers?? Tristan delivered our vehicle the next day so we could drive home and clean out our trade-in, now that’s great customer service?? We will share our experience with everyone we know and send them to Bolton Dealership to buy their next vehicle??

Having a small problem with your vehicle can be a big issue in the fast pace world we live in but Bolton Dodge Ram in Port Arthur was awesome to work with. Even the manager Wade was involved to make sure I was taken care of and my service rep Jessica was A1 and 1st class to work with. She made sure I was informed on the progress daily and was in point with the delivery time on my truck! I bought the truck used and emediatly the air ride suspension went out. Jessica and one of Bolton's mechanics quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and fixed the issue. The pictures below you can see the ride height differences and the truck rides like it should now. Jessica you're the best!
