Kyle and the rest of the team were VERY kind and extremely helpful while I was buying my first car from a dealership. They were very patient with me and willing to explain terms I didn't understand at first (first time buying a car).

We were in need of an affordable car for our daughter graduating from college. The staff, Trent in particular as our sales representative, was incredibly honest, kind and understanding, especially since we were coming from an hour out of town to look at a car they advertised on-line. We were provided with information of all the services that had been done to the vehicle by their service department prior to being put up for sale- most impressive, conscientious and thorough work. There were no high pressure sales, just sincere efforts to assist us. This place is Wisconsin at its finest- small town neighborly feel with a staff that works well together to serve their customers. I helped my son purchase a car recently from Van Horn Budget Auto in Plymouth. All the people we worked with including, Kyle, our salesperson, and Andrew and Veronica for the financing, were very helpful. They made a strong effort to get us the right car and good financing. We bought a vehicle with > 100K miles that was not covered under their standard warranty, so we had an independent mechanic check it out, even though Van Horn had said they had done their own mechanical inspection of it. I was surprised that everything checked out well, and there were no issues! My son is very happy with his car, and I am grateful that he got a dependable vehicle!
