We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Bear worked diligently before we even stepped foot on the lot to get us the car we were looking for at the best price. Once we got there, everything was perfect. I’ve never had a salesperson go through the car the way Bear did, it was clear he knew the car inside and out. Our financing experience was equally satisfying with Sara. Everyone seemed genuinely happy for us. It has been a week and I love my Tiguan more and more each day!
Eduardo was great. He made the sales process really easy. He provided the information I asked for without pressuring me to come in and was responsive to my requests and questions. I never felt any pressure to purchase from them and was not harassed with phone calls, text messages, or emails. Once I came to the dealership to purchase the vehicle, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dealership was clean and inviting. Henry in finance was great to work with. He was personable and listened to what I wanted and did not want. Overall, it was a good experience purchasing from this dealership.
