I had a pleasant experience @ Clutch Automotive. I bought a Lexus RX for a great price! They worked with me on the timing for financing, let me take the car to a mechanic and have it looked over, and test drive with whomever I brought whenever! Would buy from them again.

Excellent customer service. Very easy to deal with and reasonable people. Would strongly recommend to anybody local to the area, or anyone willing to make a drive. We made a 5+ hr round trip for a car they had advertised. They took the time before making the drive to do everything to help me, including sending additional photos, and answering all my questions, helping to make sure that car was the right fit for me. They had done everything to help me, and I never once felt like I was being "sold to" like some other dealerships. My mind was at ease, with all thier help, to make the drive. When we took the drive to get the car, we communicated a timframe of arrival. Staff was ready, smiling, friendly, and had the key in hand for the test drive. After the test drive, they promptly answered all my questions, and we agreed to buy the car. The paperwork process couldn't have been any simpler. I took a business card, and when it's time to replace my wife's SUV, we will definitely follow-up and see if they have a vehicle to suit our family's needs. Without question, would give them our return / repeat business.
