The overall experience was great! The Case Family has built a great Company/Brand. The prices for a dealership is really and I do mean Really Fair Pricing!!! The reason for the 4 star review is a very simple reason. This would have been my 3rd visit here and each visit has been a Very Pleasant Experience! However, this last visit just did not feel like The Rick Case Experience that I have known and become familiar with. The guy had a little chip on his shoulder from the start. I provided all the information so he could look up the account. He was very low volume when he spoke and spoke very fast almost like I was a bother and he had so much more to do. Their was no one else in line in front or behind me. I quickly explain to the gentleman that I did not need the piece which was the emblem to the front grill. I had receipt in hand and the original box/packing. Before he inspect the item, he huts me with the company policy, which he dies not say a word. He just points to a sign that is half covered and I asked him to please move the stuff so I could read the policy. Here is where the attitude was turned up a bit. He proceeded to tell me he does not write the rules and that those are not his! So, I got a little bother because at this point he is not listening to me and I'm being told that it is More than likely they will not refund my item. Please keep in mind I still have the item in hand, he has view or confirm anything in the account. I told him let's read this together to see what we have and why it's so important to deny someone without even looking at what is being returned or why. He decides that he does not want to read it, I can read it by myself unless I need help with reading?!?! So as I am reading the first note states that the package needs to be the original packaging and box cannot be ripped apart. I bring it up to the staff member, and now he goes from knowing and denying me to... I don't know guy they're not my rules, plus I needs to get a manager to look at everything and approve or deny the refund. The manager come out I believe his name was Joel! Awesome friendly guy, very knowledgeable. First thing he did was make sure he had the proper account open then he inspected the item and approved the refund all with 7 mins!!! I asked about the house rules aka the policy! I asked why was I presented with the rules and a denial. Manager apologized, while in mid conversation with Joel we get interrupted by the problematic employee. So I took the opportunity to return a little fire and explained to him the store policy that he didn't write and that were not his. I simply asked if he read the rules just to make sure he has a correct understanding because he didn't explain anything to me except that it was not his rules? The staff member got a little more rude and this is when the manager cut him off ans asked him if in fact he read these policies because the customer was correct and the package was in perfect condition. He sent the staff member to sweep the floors. So the reason for the 4 stars is because I cannot give a 4.5 star!!! Thank you Joel!!! Very knowledgeable great convo and made me feel right at home!!!
