First time buyer from Vordermans, and we were very pleased with the service and care we were given. We found a VW offer online, and they honored it and gave a great experience in purchasing a brand new 2024 Taos. The staff was very nice and the place was clean, which is a small detail, but matters in your overall experience when buying a car. Adam Leykauf was our sales consultant, and he was very attentive to our needs and continually went above and beyond to get the car washed before we showed up to look at it and go for our test drive. Overall, one of the best customer service dealerships in town, if you go to Vordermans they will take care of you. I promise. We will be clients for a long time. As a first time purchaser of a car online and one that was in another state, I am happy to say that my experience was amazing! Don was so professional and patient with me as I worked out the many questions and concerns I had with buying a car sight unseen. The car is headed my way and I cannot express how thankful I am to Don Luong and Justin in finance, who both assisted me, during this purchase.
