This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and this was car number 10 in almost 25 years. I have always been to large dealerships (Crossroads, Anderson, Heister, Carmax) and thought I was being treated good. Holland and Gary showed me that the large dealerships are only putting on a show and you really are a number there. Auto First treated me like an old friend. They didn't start the conversation with "what do you want your payment to be?" or "How much down payment do you have?". We talked cars and past experiences, and the atmosphere was the most relaxed I've ever been in. You don't get passed from salesman to manager to some other worker. You get straight honest facts about the car you want. They evaluated my trade and made an honest offer. I live an hour away and they went above and beyond getting the car inspected that afternoon, it was new on their lot, so I wouldn't have to make a return trip to pick it up. Definitely returning in the future and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new to them vehicle.

I did not purchase a vehicle from them however I will say that the 2 gentlemen that run this place are great guys. I was auto industry 20+ years and know cars well. The stereotype of a "corner lot" does not fall in here. They seem to only have clean cars on the lot, they do not do a bunch of cheap hack cover ups to try and mask problems and they are very clear and straight forward about the cars that they do have in stock. They had a car that I was interested in, it ended up not being the 100% fit for me but I would have certainly done business with them if this hit all the check boxes that I needed for a car.
