Jessica and Don were pleasant, professional, and reasonable. Don answered all my questions over email the day before I drove to their dealership and sent me a summary sheet. I shopped around at different dealers. Some gave low ball offers on trade in. That was not the case here. Their trade-in offer was fair, close to KBB. My 2011 Toyota Prius had 192700 miles, good mechanical condition. The 2013 Lexus CT200H I purchased was clean inside for the test drive. I little dirty outside (it had been sitting on the lot for 3 months). Their doc fee was reasonable at $299. Jessica was lightening fast completing the paperwork. Other dealers they might send you to talk to 5 different people to sign paperwork which can take hours. She had everything completed in 30-45 minutes. Including faxing all the information over to my Credit Union. I would easily purchase another vehicle from Pine Manor Auto Sales.
Amazing person, I've noticed the bad reviews and I bought a 2015 lincoln mcx and put many miles on this car and have had no problems. People buy a used car expecting a new car and fail to realize you have to get it serviced.
