I decided it was time to trade my car in and I contacted midtown Kia based on their great inventory. Melissa was seriously so amazing us. She was able to get me exactly what I wanted and she didn’t try to upsell anything. Once we got inside the dealership, my boyfriend saw a car he was really interested in and we were able to walk out with TWO cars in the same day! Before we left, Melissa made sure that we knew all the features that the vehicles had. I also want to give a shout out to Jordan, who went out of his way to make us feel so comfortable even though we weren’t directly dealing with him. He made my daughter’s day with his kindness! Also, once we got to the financing department, Ron made the entire process easy to understand and was much quicker than we were expecting.
