Jeff Hubert was fantastic - very responsive to our inquiries and getting back with us - getting pics for us and a pure delight getting to meet with him and getting our car from him. We were coming in from Texas and told him we would be there about noon on Saturday. We pulled into the lot, and he was already in action getting us access to the car and greeting us as we got out of our car. Also got to meet Andy, the general manager, who told us the history of the car and how they got it and he was also a pleasure and will relay the info that the min went to a "good MINI home" to the original owner. It was fun to meet and share info with them both. Andy also invited us to have some BBQ with them, but we chose to get back on the road to get back to Texas. A real wonderful team. And that also includes Tom the finance man who really knows his stuff. Loved that all of our paperwork went home with us on a USB disc/stick. Was wonderful and didn't have to worry about papers flying away or anything. A very great, personal and professional team. Can't thank Jeff enough! Awesome dude and team!

Recently schedule an oil change ahead of a trip down to Dallas and was presented the option for a mobile oil change. It was the same price as their in-house oil change and was incredibly convenient. Charles, the mechanic, did a great job and fast job and Jacob, a rep from Bill Knight took care of all the paperwork and billing over the phone. You get the excellent Bill Knight service without ever having to leave your house. A very efficient process and one I will definitely be using again. 10/10.

Andy Hodges and his team at Bill Knight Ford of Stillwater have been a pleasure to work with over my past few purchases. They consistently provide the best service and price of any Ford dealer I have worked with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Ford product.
