My experience with Steet Toyota was my best experience with a dealership to date. Vinny was my sales man and he was so patient with me. I had a few trial and errors throughout the process but he stayed consistent with me, updated me fast and daily, and he truly looked out for my best interest making sure I walked away with something affordable, reliable, safe, and pretty. The entire time even though I was anxious and stressed, he stayed calm, positive, and reassured me. He made my experience so comfortable and welcoming, and that makes me excited for my next buy from him. The finance manager, Eric, went above and beyond to make my deal happen for me in the payment range I needed, and even through the stress I may have caused, he still surrounded my step-mom and I with a comforting low pressure environment. Steve and Vivian, the sale and store manager, helped make this happen as well and I could not be more thankful for the effort they provided to help get me into a car I love. To top off the ending of my experience, the other sales men working while I came to pick up my car also greeted me with congratulations and smiles which created a welcoming environment for us.
