If I could give them 10 stars I would. Stop looking for another dealership and ask for Clay. I have purchased many cars over the last 25 years and this was the best purchasing experience EVER. He was honest, straightforward, transparent and fast. You can tell he genuinely cares about each and every customer. We came here from another Hyundai dealership in NWAR where we had a not so professional experience. If you live in NW Arkansas or the surrounding area please, please come to Frank Fletcher Hyundai. Save yourself the grief, stress and disappointment. They will take good care of you. I loved my experience here so much I am going to go here for all my services instead of where I live. This was my first Hyundai purchase and will not my last at Frank Fletcher. I wish there was a way I could tell Mr. Fletcher how fantastic and special Clay and everyone at this dealership is.

Check out this dealership if you are shopping for an automobile! Definitely ask for Pang Hang if you appreciate a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable salesman. Several other staff members I encountered were helpful and professional as well. Overall it was a positive experience. I will keep them in mind for future business. Thanks again Fletcher team!

Here is my review after a month with our new Santa Cruz. I don't review on the price I paid or the great deal. If I don't get a good price that's on me. Most important is the way I'm treated , transparency . But then the most important for me is service. I feel the service at Fletcher Hyundai is very very good, when I had a problem it was dealt with and taken care of in a very good fast and timely manner. Thank you service dept. and service manager. I met the general manager and was a very nice friendly person. Sales person was very kind. My overall experience has been good. Would by again at this point.
