A deer late to a date with Destiny got confused and met up with me instead, totaling my car. (I don't know how, my car's name was Jay) While looking for a new one my good buddy told me not to make any final choices until I talked to Mr. T. Well, I think I messaged him Thursday, he got back to me on Friday, and on Saturday I drove with my mom 2 and a half hours up to Ruston to pick up my new vehicle. Mrs. Tina met me as soon as we pulled up and after a little bit I had the keys, she had explained my new features, and I was ready to go. No stress, no mess, no surprises. Emphasis on the no stress. Best car buying experience I've had with a dealer.
Outstanding job done! Lindi was a rock star, I was stranded in Monroe LA with a car that would not start, Since Ryan Chevrolet was so close I decided at first to go there. After the run around and no customer service whatsoever. I made the decision to call Courtesy while my car was in tow to Ryan, I immediately had the driver change course to Ruston! Lindi took care of me made me feel good about leaving my Cadillac there over weekend and come Monday am, it was fixed! You'll get all my business even if I have to drive further.
