I have not purchased a vehicle since since 2015, I had a bad experience on Monday at a different dealership that was not Blaise Alexander then found Caleb with Blaise Alexander in Mansfield and was the best experience at any dealership that I have been to. He was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and gain my trust easily. When we received our vehicle the sameday he even educated us on the functions and use of new Chevy Traverse limited. He never applied and pressure or rushed the process for the vehicle we were looking into. Rich Hughes was great with financial piece explaining everything including prices and warranty with no pressure to select warranties. I would recommend both these individuals and have already have boasted to my friends and family

My truck is in goods hands at Blaise Alexander service. Their techs are high quality techs. They give me great service. Their shop is clean and well organized. They usually complete my service appointment within an hour. They allow me to work in their show room while they are working on my car. Their prices are reasonable and they always send me service coupons to manage my wallet.

I can't tell you how much I recommend Blaise Chevy! I walked into the dealership and was welcomed immediately and felt comfortable. Hunter did a great job finding me a car within my means. He was personable, down to earth and knows what he's talking about. Jason, the sales manager crunched the numbers and I walked away feeling like I got a steal. Highly recommend Blaise!
