I’ve never had such a great experience with the service industry than I did at Mike Dorian Ford today. I arrived at 5:00 and they closed at 6:00 instead of scheduling me for a different day they squeezed me in last minute and gave me the entire package; on top of that they washed my car. I also did not know I had points that covered my oil change as well. The tall man with white hair and the short man with the black hoodie was so friendly and nice I didn’t catch their names but I will never forget my experience nor their face I wish the entire staff a great holiday season because they sure made mine. ????????????????
