This was the literally the best experience I have encountered ever at a dealership. Mario the sales manager and Nik the sales rep came up with a deal for me within 2 days of talking over the phone and literally went above and beyond for me. I was blown away with the Jeep they found me and in absolute shock. Words can’t describe how truly grateful I am for the both of them after taking a total loss on my previous car just a week ago & driving off the lot at Falveys a week later after my accident not only with a better car then what I had but a 2021 Jeep compass that is completely a better deal then what I received at my previous “buy here pay here experience.” I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a car and great deal to look no further than Falveys. After a very unsatisfactory relationship with Hyundai it was time to say good bye forever. Nick and Mario worked on a deal in one day for me. From the time I came in until the time I drove off in my new car my experience was nothing but great. Falveys found me financing and a car within my budget. Mario is the new Sales Manager and he sold me my very first car, years later still one of best in the industry.

Very friendly, very experienced and knowledgeable at the art of selling vehicles. How everyone was engaged with the transaction with salesman Nick, (very friendly and knowledgable aswell as helpful), giving utmost attention was quite refreshing. However I did buy a used tacoma that hadn't been on the lot for even a couple of days it had been on cargurus for a very short time (supposedly once their inventory updates in their system somehow it adds it to the website automatically), no photos or any real information, but to the reader you must understand these trucks fly off the shelves, and I am in the middle of a transistion that i needed a vehicle that is reliable and doesnt use a whole bunch of fuel ,as things are expensive and I cant afford 30-60 thousand dollar vehicles. But on my initial test drive i noticed a slight hesitation in the motor. Even after their mechanics had been through it twice ( the second time I believed it was fixed) it still had the same problem. I will state that it was an as is sale but still i was able to get my hands on a vehicle from them that had only had a legal bill of health and wasnt quite ready for sale. I will also however note that they saw that the tire pressure light was on and offered me that repair for free at which time i am hoping to have my hesitation rectified. An altogether decent experience and I got just below what i was expecting for my trade in.
