2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited

I bought a new 2024 equinox from Cokato motors. I only had it for a little over a month and was coming back from the cities on cr 14 north of 12 and they were resurfacing the road. When I got home my car had oil/tar all over the passenger side. Cokato motors looked at the mess on my new car and the following day they came and got my equinox, took all the oil/tar off and brought it back to me and they didn’t charge me anything. That is above and beyond expectations from there sales and mechanics. I would have gladly paid for the repair.

They went above and beyond my expectations while helping me out with some warranty work. A big shout out to the ones I dealt with directly...Chad and Dave in service, Brady in parts, Kristin in sales, Josh, thanks for taking care of my loaner vehicle lol. And the best for last... We had a great experience with Cokato Motors. Definitely recommend them to anyone. They are a great local business and make you feel at home while you are there. It is very difficult to find an experience like that anymore. Love my new Blazer!
