John Day was absolutely fabulous. He was kind and welcoming, gave me all the important info and explained everything with great detail. The waiting space was comfortable and spacious. My ride along mechanic, Ryan, was fantastic. He was polite and able to hear:diagnose my concern in less than two minutes. He even snapped a pic to show me a confirmation of his first thought. Just gave me so much confidence in his opinion. When it came time to make a decision about my car the guys didn’t pressure me, didn’t suggest unnecessary things, even gave me an option to use my neighborhood mechanic if I felt more comfortable with them. They worked me in and had my car ready to go in about 3.5 hours which wasn’t bad at all. Cost was incredibly reasonable. I used to dread going to the dealership- I’m glad I changed things up and chose Leith instead of my previous Nissan dealer. I’m a forever customer based on this experience.

Jess was AMAZING ! From beginning to end she was professional, knowledgeable, engaging, transparent and exceedingly helpful. Jess was genuinely wanting to help she did add any fluff to our interaction which I respect and appreciate. I really hope she is recognized because my previous experiences with Nissan (Fred Nissan Raleigh,NC) have been horrible. She changed my experience, I will return here for service and purchases moving forward.

Have to shout out Stetson and the sales experience I had with him. He literally met me outside the door walking in with a super friendly attitude. He was super easy to talk with, I gave him what all I was looking for, and he took the care and attention to those details as we worked through finding the right car. If you’re looking for a solid experience without the skeevy car salesman vibes, and someone who genuinely seems to want to help you - go to Stetson!!!
