2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited

I bought my vehicle sight unseen and they bought my trade the same way. We used pictures and they offered to do a video walkaround for me. I bought a gently used 2023 Highlander and so far it us exactly what they said it was. I've only had it for a week, but so far it is my favorite vehicle I have owned since I started driving 30 years ago. I am almost 8hrs away from them, so I had them to deliver it and pick up my trade. It was well worth the delivery fees to not make drive myself. Thank you Justin Greenwell and Heller Motors for making this my best auto buying experience yet. I am 110% satisfied. Goodbye Jeep.

Heller Motors was a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint would be that I live too far away to be able to go inside the building and shake these people’s hand Joe is my sales rep and was very communicative and transparent. Every question I had he had an answer or found it out immediately and Called me back. Even texting after hours which proves his sincerity. Jake Heller is my money man. He spelled out the deal and handled the financial part like a champ. Like Joe, Jake was very communicative and transparent. Also knowledgeable and put me at ease, especially considering I live 1/2 way across the country and relied 100% on these guys. This is the 1st time where I’ve purchased a vehicle online, site unseen and I have to say the process was simple. Joe and Jake made it comfortable and easy.
