Kudos to Doug! I needed services yesterday. He came promptly. Was very friendly & knowledgeable. I know absolutely nothing about cars. He took the time to answer any questions and show me a few things, not most people know. As a single mom in this world, it helps to have trusted experts be able to go out of their way to ensure we are safe with the right knowledge. When it came time for new tires for my 2022 Ford Explorer Timberline, Bellrengs Automotive came highly recommended by my brother! Don and I chatted, new tires ordered and put on the vehicle. I drove it for a bit and experienced some shaking. I spoke to Don, who requested I bring the vehicle back in for to be checked out. This occurred a few times.
