Dakota is a true professional that really helped us find what I was looking for and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We have now gone to being a Nissan family with my wife in a Titan and me in a frontier. Could not have asked for a more smooth and comfortable transition with viewing, selection and purchase. I had heard they were both friendly and Professional. They WERE !! Every single staff member I encountered were caring and helpful. On my first trip with my new Nissan, I was having several issues adapting to the Bells & Whistles & Chimes (literally). They got it in and resolved. And I was back on the Road. I went into Nissan of Lawton looking to trade my car. A very nice salesman by the name of Tristan Demarta was very help and explained to me the trading of the car and helped me with the new cars I wanted. They had the car I wanted but not the color I wanted. Tristan D. told me they had that color in another store and they could get it here in a few days. Imagine my surprise when Tristan called the next day and said "your car is here". This car has everything I wanted and then some! Ramona was helpful she went over the financing and signing with me. It was quick and easy. I was given a tour of Nissan Dealership. All of the people that I can in contact with was very pleasant. I am very satisfied with my visit there and my new car!
