We went looking at a scooter for mobility. Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable. She did a great job, and we purchased the scooter. She also demonstrated and allowed a test drive of a wheelchair van. When the time comes, we will return and buy it from Michelle. Really appreciate her friendly and helpful customer service, making the whole process easy.

I had a delightful experience working with Michelle and Ford. First, they delivered a rental wheelchair van to our door when we really needed it. Then they helped me find a new wheelchair van that fit our budget and needs. They are kind, generous, funny, patient and they really know their stuff. A definite Five Stars to Northwest Mobility!
