We went looking at a scooter for mobility. Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable. She did a great job, and we purchased the scooter. She also demonstrated and allowed a test drive of a wheelchair van. When the time comes, we will return and buy it from Michelle. Really appreciate her friendly and helpful customer service, making the whole process easy.

Then they helped me find a new wheelchair van that fit our budget and needs. They are kind, generous, funny, patient and they really know their stuff. A definite Five Stars to Northwest Mobility!
