There are people in the Car Business who help restore your faith in the Industry! Today I had the pleasure of meeting one at Russ Darrow Dodge off High Crossing in Madison. Long story short I bought a Dodge Charger with wheel locks and did not receive the Key for the wheel locks. I went a few other places and no one could or would help me. One of the places I went was Russ Darrow Dodge's crosstown competitor, they had no interest in helping me. I pulled in to the Service Drive and was immediately greeted by Aly. I explained the situation to her and she said they would probably be able to help me depending on the wheel lock type. 15 minutes later she returned and said the Car was ready to go! I was shocked and asked how much I owed for the service. She replied "oh no you're good to go"!! I work in an industry that is highly reliant on reviews myself so I immediately knew I would be leaving Aly and the Darrow Dodge team a review about my experience. Employees like Aly are hard to find in todays world and the fact she went above and beyond is not something I will not forget!
