THE SERVICE CENTER AND MR. NATHAN DODSON ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! He was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and he did an AMAZING job not only helping with my issues, he also helps me understand things about my vehicle! He has the most pleasant attitude and he’s super personable and he has an AMAZING personality!!! He’s actually really fun as well!! But beyond that this was the MOST AMAZING SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH ANY CAR! I’ve had many cars from Nissan, Mitsubishi, etc and I would dread any service visits!! Mr. D and his team single handily resolved my issue with in one day and did not try to cheat me at all! More than an amazing service advisor, he is truly an AMAZING PERSON!!! He made this process so pleasant and easy and he never made it seemed like I got on his nerves when I know I did!!! Please give him a promotion, a raise, and a huge hug and shout out because he is simply the absolute best!!! He’s also an amazing person with a genuine beautiful spirit and shows a genuine willingness to help me. He treated me like a person and not just a number, he keeps his word, and he is an absolute pro!!! I will only deal with Hendrick service center and I will ONLY deal with Nathan Dodson. He’s a true gem!!!

It was a very good experience. Everyone helped me, as well as the manager. It was the only 1LE camaro around me within 500 miles, and the color I love. I drove 16 hours to go and back just to get it. Special thanks go to my dear friend Joshua Howell, who did everything despite the distance between us. All praise be to God for everything. I am happy because I am one of 66 people who own a Camaro SS Track Package for the year 2024.
