Worked with Valeriya on a 2017 Yukon XL. I came in from out of state, so I really appreciated that she respected my time, especially after a three-hour drive in. She had the vehicle prepped and ready before I arrived. We handled almost the entire deal via text that day before, which was a massive convenience for my schedule. I appreciated her demeanor and the way the transaction was handled. Finance was pre-arranged as well, and the review of the information on-site was thorough. Highly recommend. And for those concerned about some of the reviews on the conditions of the vehicles: they are used vehicles. A dealer isn't driving them daily. We have had a few quirks pop up with my purchase, but nothing a dealer would have noticed if they weren't driving it every day. That is the risk, but one I can appreciate and respect.
