Second purchase! Drove close to two hours for a vehicle they had just posted the night before, Frank was quick to reply to our messages and set up an appointment for us the very next morning! One thing I dread about dealerships is the extremely long wait time and lack of communication during the process, Amy and Frank were able to get us through the application and paperwork quickly and we were updated every step of the way. Thank you for your hospitality! This is our second purchase with Premier Auto Group and our preferred dealership! First purchase, my dream car a white Jeep! Over a year with it and I still absolutely love it, we bought it when they were at their Moses lake location. I was extremely happy with the customer service provided so we went all the way to the Yakima location and got my husband his car!

Hello so I would like to say after reading these reviews I was a little shocked. However, my son did buy a car there and within the week the check engine light came on, I was like the second day I got the car no way. So, I called and asked if I can get seen before the holiday and at first I did not get a response back via text so I was persistent and I asked If I can get the car checked before the 4th and they were able to get me in that day so I was feeling upset but then they eased my mind when they called and told me I could bring it in. I had the car 2 days so within the end of the week on a Wednesday it was able to get fixed, so my experience was good. I glad they did fix the car and my son drove out of town safe.

Bought my first car here and was the best experience that I could ask for when buying a car. Very respectful people, very kind and I just feel so comfortable around them. I will be glad to say they won't force you into buying a car you won't want, they will not pressure you into anything. They will let you decide what's best for you. Thank you.
