I purchased a used Super Duty F250 from Lake Keowee Ford from out of state and had a great experience. I was searching the country for this exact truck and feel fortunate to have found it for the price Lake Keowee Ford was offering it at. Kevin Kane, the salesperson who responded to my first inquiries and subsequently helped me with the sale, was extremely responsive and helpful in all aspects of the transaction. I felt informed and helped throughout the entire process, which required a LOT of communication due to being out of state, financing, etc. Kevin could teach sales people and dealerships in my region a lot about customer service. The dealership helped me coordinate shipping across the country and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I love the truck and am very happy with the purchase.

Very happy with our experience in the service department! We bought our car from another dealership, but warranty required us to use a ford dealer for service. I'm so happy with this choice!!
