All the employees here are willingly helpful and helped me whenever I needed the help. Specifically, Darren and Brandon made the whole buying car process super easy while I waited for my vehicle to finish up getting inspected. My only complaint is the lack of gasoline in the cars for when people test drive them. I understand this can be a problem for the dealer as there’s over 200+ cars to choose from. Overall, I’m very happy and pleased with my purchase and would recommend anyone here in future.

ASK FOR JEREMIAH I am leaving my first review ever because I feel it would be an injustice to car buyers everywhere to not share my experience at 518 auto. To be fair I was not the purchaser, rather my best friend. However, I was able to be with her every step of the way, and celebrated with her when she found the perfect car. A Toyota with low miles, and in great shape- A car she will drive for years. What initially brought us to 518 Auto was the wide variety of cars in her price point (under 10k), all of which had good “car faxes.” When we first arrived we were greeted by Jeremiah. He truly made this experience enjoyable. He was patient, honest, and took his time to find her the perfect car. Although we did check other places, it was ultimately Jeremiah that brought us back to 518. We both felt safe with him, and his level of professionalism is unmatched. In fact, Jeremiah kept in contact with my friend while she searched, showing her new inventory and answering any questions. We returned to 518 a week later because we felt so comfortable there. We were pleasantly surprised to see upwards of 30 new cars to pick from just in her price range. During this second visit I was able to meet the owner and several other employees. The owner was very welcoming and truly stands behind the cars he sells. The employees were all so kind. 518 truly took all the stress and anxiety out of the car buying process. I will be looking for a car soon, and the ONLY place I will go will be to 518, and the best person for the job will be Jeremiah.
