Steve, Ben, and Jeff were amazing to work with! My wife and I were in the market for a Honda Pilot. Lexdan’s was priced right and in great condition. Their checklist of maintenance items to prep a vehicle before sale is reassuring and says a lot about how they do business. No one was pushy. They answered our questions. And we had a few items we requested to be taken care of before buying. They were willing to do so, and we know that’s not always the case with other dealerships. We highly recommend Lexdan. ?? LONG POST?? Salesman: 5/5 My husband and I were looking for a Toyota Highlander, as our little family is growing and having another child on the way. We’ve searched and viewed a few highlanders at different dealerships but nothing fit within our budget. We saw an ad posting on a 2018 Toyota Highlander at Lexdan for a reasonable price and decent mileage. My husband contacted Lexdan and Franck was the one whom we worked with. He was able to get us scheduled to go and check out the Highlander, on a Monday evening. The moment we walked into Lexdan, Franck greeted us and allowed us to take the car for a test drive. He was also working with another couple as we were there that evening, but his service at multitasking between both customers were very impressive. We liked the car and asked if possible, would the dealership allow my husband to take this Highlander in to his workplace to get inspected for extended warranty (We were planning on getting extended warranty through my husband’s workplace), and Franck was very understanding and trusted us in this process. He gave us the “Ok” to do that, but it’d have to be on a day that Franck works. (Wednesday). My husband and I left home that Monday night to go think about whether we want to take the next steps into purchasing the car, while still in communication with Franck. My husband and Franck were exchanging messages since that Monday night, even during Franck’s day off work. We really appreciate his willingness to work with us on a day that he wasn’t working, which made us trust and want to continue working with Franck. Fast forward to Wednesday, my husband got all our financial needs figured out in case we were to purchase the car. We went to Lexdan, so my husband can take the Highlander for an inspection at his workplace, and Franck and his manager was nice enough to let us take it for a few hours. During the inspection, we did find out some things that were minor wear and tear issues. We addressed and brought these concerns up to a couple managers, Ben & Dennis. Service between them could have been better in our favor, but we were able to work something out. In the end, our experience with Franck was pleasant, and we took home our new car on a Thursday evening.

I had a great experience buying a vehicle at Lexdan Auto. I worked with Franck who was awesome!! He made the car buying process very comfortable and easy. He was fun to talk to and didn't apply pressure like some other dealers do. I would highly recommend Lexdan to anyone in search of a car and will use them again in the future. Thanks Franck and Ben!!
