My 7th vehicle purchase from a dealership (versus purchase from private seller), and I am extremely impressed with Olive Branch Auto. The team made the process quick and easy. I don’t enjoy the sales pressure I commonly encounter at dealerships. This team was beyond respectful and applied zero pressure. They didn’t add any of those “extra fees” dealerships tend to sneak in there somewhere. Honest, direct, and very professional experience. Well-kept lot and office space. As for the truck I purchased, the team clearly went above and beyond to package a buyer-ready vehicle. The little things - two keys, fresh floor mats, clean, new batteries, full fuel and def fluid. Great hospitality and service! Every time I came back to see what was on the lot, everyone was so helpful and patient.
