Been looking at new 2024 RAM 2500 trucks for about 3 months. Talked with many dealerships with multiple locations offering me low ball offers on trade and making excuses about how trucks were already discounted. When contacting Redmond CDJR of Middlesboro, they were quick to offer a fair trade deal to start and willing to work with my budget, even with a heavily discounted vehicle. Worked out a great deal over the phone as they are an hour and a half away. Vehicle was ready for pickup when I arrived. Spent way more time at my bank than at the dealership. Sales manager made it a point to call on my way home to thank me and make sure everything was good. Sales person called a few days later to follow up as well. Would recommend giving this dealership the opportunity to impress you if you are looking for a new or used vehicle!
My wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealer. I found it online,but we live 4.5 hours away. I called the phone number listed on google to inquire about it. Before I knew it, I was speaking directly with a sales manager named James Browning. He was wonderful to speak to and negotiate with. Zero pressure and very helpful. He ultimately assigned a sales associate named Mike Smith to handle the details of completing the transaction. I cannot say enough positive things about Mike and James. Everyone from start to finish was professional, absolutely zero pressure, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I ultimately arranged for a trade-in of our existing vehicle and purchased a new one over the telephone. They even had a gentleman drive it down and deliver it directly to my house. This was one of the easiest car buying transactions I have ever had. I will categorically recommend this dealership and these two gentlemen to anyone!
